We will exhibit at Messe Nagoya 2026.

We will exhibit at Messe Nagoya 2026 in the Shining Town Factory Corner.

We have decided to exhibit at Messe Nagoya 2026, which will be held at Port Messe Nagoya from November 11 to November 13, 2026. We will be participating in the special corner called "Shining Town Factories." Since this is our first time exhibiting at a corporate exhibition, we anticipate some shortcomings, but we will do our best, so please stop by our booth when you visit. Event Name: Messe Nagoya 2026 Date: November 11 to November 13, 2026 Venue: Port Messe Nagoya Exhibition Location: Manufacturing Area, Special Corner "Shining Town Factories"

Strength test results of the DAC1 + Cu hybrid composite using CORE-X technology.

A new technology that enhances the bonding area of the joint to high strength and significantly reduces the voids. This introduces the results of strength tests conducted on cut specimens of DAC1 + Cu joints.

At MOLE'S ACT Co., Ltd., we utilize atomic diffusion that occurs between joining surfaces for our "diffusion bonding" and combine it with our new technology, "CORE-X technology," to enhance the strength of the bonded area and significantly reduce voids. 【Strength tests conducted on cut test specimens of DAC1 + Cu dissimilar material joints!】 Photos of the test results are posted in the upper left of this page. Even when the test specimens were bent or twisted, no fractures occurred at the bonding points, demonstrating the high strength of our bonding technology. ◆ We are currently offering a document summarizing test results and technical data for various materials. Please check it out via the "PDF Download" link below.

"Diffusion bonding" enables the production of high thermal conductivity and lightweight hollow aluminum components.

High thermal conductivity and lightweight hollow components made possible by aluminum diffusion bonding. Heat exchangers and cooling plates can be manufactured.

By using diffusion bonding of aluminum alloys, it is possible to manufacture lightweight hollow components with high thermal conductivity. We can accommodate a maximum size of 500×500. We will respond to customer requests from material procurement to processing. Please contact us for details about materials and specifications.

Examples of applications for diffusion bonding: fuel cell separators, filters for food manufacturing, etc.

Diffusion bonding for joining metals! There are also examples of its application in fuel cell separators with complex flow path patterns and filters for food manufacturing, which cannot be achieved through cutting processes!

Layered diffusion bonding is a method of joining layered materials by applying pressure and heat in a vacuum furnace. Due to the small deformation on the order of micrometers, it is suitable for machining parts with fine flow paths and complex shapes. ■ Application examples for fuel cell separators - Capable of accommodating complex flow path patterns that cannot be achieved through cutting processes - Stable quality due to the simultaneous bonding of multiple products - Complex part shapes can be created through layering - Strong against changes and deformation of parts as no adhesives are used - Simplification of the manufacturing line and reduction of time - Achieves flow paths without gaps at the bonding surfaces, resulting in no losses ■ Application examples for filters used in food manufacturing - Material: SUS316 - Dimensions: φ25×t1.5 - Layer composition: 50μm×30 layers - Mesh dimensions: φ75μm (inner) to φ100μm (outer) taper * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
